An illuminated book.

I know a man named Peter whose grandfather locked the door at the Triangle Shirtwaist Company so the workers were trapped inside when fire broke out. Carefully guarded within his family,this story seemed to influence everything they did. Fascinated by such a powerful family curse, I've never stopped quizzing him about his life.

I drew Peter's life and stories, cartoon fashion, on the pages of a pre-existing book. The story opens shortly after Peter's birth as he announces to the world that he has pyloric stenosis, a condition presenting with projectile vomiting.
