This work was sited next to a bike path in Stowe, Vermont for the 1999 Exposed Sculpture Show.

I wanted to evoke the vanished times when herds of amazing animals ranged freely over the landscape. Their modern counterparts are fast moving convoys of cars, trucks, Humvee-type vehicles, and various wheeled devices.
