Work on Paper
In the past, I'd work on newsprint until holes were worn in the paper. It took years for me to realize that anyone scribbling so fiercely needed better paper. I now work on the thickest, most luscious French Rives paper. It might be impossible to wear a hole in it with a mere pencil.
