Unsanctioned Public Art

Because this piece was put up in the autumn, it was assumed to be a Halloween exhibit so it was not vandalized. As it hung over the river, the various crystal-clear ghostly garments flapped in the breeze, becoming more and more grimy and opaque as the days progressed.
