SOLD A Five Cake Birthday.
It should show cakes ringing the globe for Wayne Thiebaud, still painting at 101years old.
There have been many paintings with cakes, some of cakes alone, but Thiebaud was the first I ever saw (1963?) who honored the cake as if painting a portrait. Cool, precise, clean.
